“You do not have to explain yourself perfectly to be understood here.”
I believe therapy works best when you feel genuinely understood, not analyzed, judged, or expected to fit into a particular box. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that our responses make sense within the context of what we have lived through.

What therapy with me is like.
My approach is integrative, relational, and trauma informed rather than relying on one method for every person. I draw from psychodynamic and humanistic therapies alongside CBT and DBT informed strategies, ACT, IFS informed work, ERP, mindfulness, somatic approaches, and nervous system regulation.
Together, we can explore not only what is happening now, but also the experiences, relationships, protective patterns, and unmet needs that may be underneath it. Therapy with me is compassionate and conversational, but it is also purposeful.
A little more about me.
