About

My name is Anjali Aggarwal, and I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and Canadian Certified Counsellor.

I work with adults navigating the effects of trauma, difficult life experiences, relationship challenges, anxiety, stress, burnout, and life transitions. Many of the individuals I support are working through the lasting impact of childhood trauma, emotional neglect, unhealthy relationship patterns, or experiences that have left them feeling disconnected from themselves and others. I am passionate about helping clients better understand their experiences, strengthen their sense of self, and move toward meaningful and lasting change.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma informed. I strive to create a space where clients feel safe, respected, and understood. I believe healing happens within supportive relationships, and I view therapy as a partnership where we work together to explore your experiences at a pace that feels manageable. My work is informed by Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), attachment based therapy, and other evidence based approaches tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals.

I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master of Education in Counselling and Psychotherapy. My professional experience includes supporting individuals facing a wide range of emotional, relational, and trauma related concerns in a counselling setting. Through ongoing professional development, I continue to deepen my knowledge of trauma, attachment, and the mind body connection.

I believe therapy is about more than managing symptoms. It is an opportunity to better understand yourself, heal from past experiences, and build a life that feels more aligned with your values and needs. My goal is to provide a compassionate and nonjudgmental space where you can show up as you are and feel supported throughout your healing journey.
